摘　　要：祖国医学认为,妊娠与“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫”生殖轴紧密关联,排卵障碍性不孕的主要病因为肾虚、冲任失调,病机主要为肾之阴阳转化失常,其中血瘀、痰湿是导致冲任失调的重要原因。肾虚可致胞宫失于温煦与濡养,难以摄精成孕;血瘀可致胞宫壅塞、冲任不调,引发不孕;痰湿互结可阻滞胞宫,引发不孕。辨证论治是中医特色的认识与治疗疾病的方法,基于上述分析特提出补肾、活血化瘀、燥湿化痰等中医疗法,以达到调冲任、助孕等目的。According to the traditional Chinese medicine,pregnancy is closely related to the reproductive axis of"kidney-Tiangui-Chong Ren-uterus".The kidney deficiency and Chong Ren disorder are the main causes of ovulatory infertility,and the pathogenesis is mainly the abnormal transformation of Yin and Yang in the kidney,among which blood stasis and phlegm dampness are the important reasons for the imbalance of Chong Ren.The kidney deficiency can cause the uterus to lose warmth and nourishment,making it difficult to absorb essence and get pregnant.Blood stasis can cause uterine congestion and irregular Chong Ren,leading to infertility.Phlegm dampness combination can block the uterus,leading to infertility.Syndrome differentiation and treatment is the recognition and treatment of diseases with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,and traditional Chinese medicine therapy such as tonifying the kidney,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and eliminating dampness and phlegm are proposed based on the above analysis,so as to achieve the purpose of regulating Chong Ren and assisting pregnancy.
