摘　　要：目的采用Meta分析方法评价超重或肥胖对男性精子活力的影响。方法检索万方数据库、中国知网和维普数据库2012年1月1日至2022年10月31日收录的有关超重或肥胖对男性精子活力影响的研究,采用R4.2.2对数据进行Meta分析。结果与体重正常的男性相比,体重超重男性精子活率平均下降7.90%、前向运动精子百分率平均下降4.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);快速前向运动精子(A级精子)平均下降2.20%,慢速前向运动精子(B级精子)平均增加0.73%,不动精子(D级精子)平均增加11.56%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肥胖男性精子活率平均下降10.52%、前向运动精子百分率平均下降7.59%,快速前向运动精子(A级精子)平均下降3.80%、慢速前向运动精子(B级精子)平均下降1.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超重或肥胖可降低男性精子活力,影响男性生殖能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of overweight or obesity on male sperm motility by Meta⁃analysis.Methods Wanfang,CNKI and VIP were searched from January 1,2012 to October 31,2022 to collect the studies on the effects of overweight or obesity on male sperm motility,and the data were Meta⁃analyzed using R4.2.2.Results Compared with normal weight men,the mean sperm motility and progressive motility sperm of overweight men decreased by 7.90%and 4.51%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The mean value of fast progressive motility sperm(class A sperm)was decreased by 2.20%,the mean value of slow progressive motility sperm(class B sperm)was increased by 0.73%,and the mean value of immotility sperm(class D sperm)was increased by 11.56%,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The average sperm motility of obese men decreased by 10.52%,the average progressive motility sperm decreased by 7.59%,the average fast progressive motility sperm(class A sperm)decreased by 3.80%,the average slow progressive motility sperm(class B sperm)decreased by 1.72%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Overweight or obesity can reduce male sperm motility and effect male reproductive ability.
