摘　　要：目的基于Citespace可视化软件了解不孕不育患者心理领域研究现状、热点和发展趋势,为研究人员全面把握该领域的研究态势提供借鉴和参考。方法以WOS核心合集数据库为数据来源,选取2000年—2022年20多年发表的不孕不育患者心理领域的英文文献,分析该领域文献发文量、发文国家/机构合作、关键词的频次和聚类等情况。结果最终纳入673篇文献,国家发文量最多是美国,发文最多的机构是英国卡迪夫大学;关键词共现及聚类分析表明,20多年不孕不育患者心理方面的研究被覆盖群体主要以女性和夫妻双方为主,其心理表现主要为压力、焦虑、抑郁等,其可影响生活质量,可通过加强社会支持、各类心理干预方法进行干预;关键词突现显示,心理测量评估量表的开发与调适、心理干预、应对策略、不孕不育患者合并性功能障碍是未来研究趋势。结论未来对不孕不育夫妇的研究仍需多关注不育症男性患者心理健康,把握研究热点与趋势,在已有研究基础上应展开进一步的探索。Objective Based on Citespace visualization software,the current research status,hot spots and development trends in the psychological field of infertility patients were understood,which provided references for researchers to fully grasp the research situation in this field.Methods The WOS core collection database was used as the data source to analyze the number of publications,countries/regions coopration,keyword frequency and clustering in the psychological field of infertility patients published in the past 20 years from 2000 to 2022.Results A total of 673 articles were finally included in the study.The country with the largest number of publications was the United States,and the institution with the largest number of publications was Cardiff University in United Kindom.Keyword co⁃occurrence and cluster analysis show that in the past two decades,the psychological research on infertility patients has mainly covered women and couples,whose psychological manifestations are mainly stress,anxiety,depression,etc.,which can affect the quality of life,and can be interfered by strengthening social support and various psychological intervention methods.The development and adaptation of psychometric assessment scale,psychological intervention,coping strategies,infertility patients with sexual dysfunction are the future research trends.Conclusions The future research of infertile couples still needs to pay more attention to the mental health of infertile male patients,grasp the research hotspot and trend,and carry out further exploration on the basis of existing research.
