薄型子宫内膜的治疗研究进展

摘　　要：子宫内膜在卵巢激素的影响下发生周期性脱落、修复与增生,其与女性的月经周期及妊娠有密切关系。当子宫内膜受损伤时,会发生再生困难继而形成薄型子宫内膜。而薄型子宫内膜会影响妊娠率,同时也可导致体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的暂停或延期。目前临床上有很多薄型子宫内膜的治疗方法,但疗效并不明显。近年来随着干细胞治疗研究的不断进展,干细胞疗法越来越受到人们的关注。干细胞治疗薄型子宫内膜具有良好的前景,本文就薄型子宫内膜相关治疗进展进行综述。Under the influence of ovarian hormones,the endometrium will periodically fall off,repair and proliferate,which is closely related to women′s menstrual cycle and pregnancy.When the endometrium is damaged,it will be difficult to regenerate and lead to a thin endometrium,which will affect the pregnancy rate.At the same time,thin endometrium can also lead to the suspension or delay of in vitro fertilization⁃embryo transfer(IVF⁃ET).Nowadays,there are many clinical treatments for thin endometrium,but the curative effect is not obvious.In recent years,with the continuous development of stem cell therapy research,stem cell therapy has attracted more and more attention.Stem cells have a good prospect in treating thin endometrium.This article review the treatment progress in thin endometrium⁃related treatment.
