短效避孕药用于葡萄胎清宫术后恢复的观察研究

摘　　要：目的 观察葡萄胎清宫术后口服短效避孕药的临床效果。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年12月在北京市通州区妇幼保健院行葡萄胎清宫手术的106例患者作为研究对象,按照就诊顺序随机分为观察组(n=52,清宫术后口服短效避孕药避孕)、对照组(n=54,清宫术后使用避孕套避孕)。比较两组患者的基线资料、术后血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)转阴情况、恢复月经和性生活时间及再次妊娠情况。结果 葡萄胎患者中<35岁人群比例更高,有多次流产史的葡萄胎患者占比显著高于初次妊娠为葡萄胎者;两组恢复月经及性生活时间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组hCG下降速度更快,观察组再次妊娠率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 葡萄胎清宫术后予以口服短效避孕药与使用避孕套相比,其血hCG下降速度更快,同时又能安全有效避孕,临床效果可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of oral short⁃acting contraceptives after hydatidiform mole curettage.Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent curettage for hydatidiform mole in Tongzhou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=52,oral short⁃acting contraceptives after surgery)and control group(n=54,using condoms for contraception).The basic information,the negative conversion of postoperative blood human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG),the time to resume menstruation and sexual activity,and the situation of re⁃pregnancy were compared.Results The proportion of hydatidiform mole patients<35 years old is higher.The proportion of hydatidiform mole patients with multiple abortions is significantly higher than that of hydatidiform mole patients with first pregnancy.There was no significant difference in the recovery of menstruation and sexual activity between two groups(P>0.05).The hCG in the observation group decreased faster,and the rate of re⁃pregnancy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the use of condom,oral short⁃acting contraceptives after hydatidiform mole curettage has faster recovery and decline of blood hCG,and it can also be safe and effective contraception with reliable clinical effect.
