摘　　要：随着宫颈癌筛查的实施和覆盖范围的不断扩大,宫颈癌筛查异常的检出率逐步升高,患者对宫颈癌筛查异常相关信息的关注度也日益提高。该文通过对宫颈癌筛查异常患者信息需求的研究现状进行概述,包括宫颈癌筛查异常患者信息需求的类型、影响因素、信息干预措施3个方面,以期为今后医务人员构建以满足患者需求为导向的信息支持方案提供参考。With the implementation and expanding coverage of cervical cancer screening programs,the detection rate of cervical cancer screening abnormalities is gradually increasing,and patients are increasingly paying more attention to the information related to cervical cancer screening abnormalities.This paper summarizes the current research status of the information needs of patients with abnormal cervical cancer screening,including the types of information needs of patients,influencing factors and information intervention measures of abnormal cervical cancer screening,in order to provide references for medical staff to build an information support program oriented to meet the needs of patients in the future.
