摘 要:目的探究白介素-16(IL-16)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)基因多态性与宫颈癌(CC)易感性的关系。方法选取2020年10月至2022年9月成都市双流区第一人民医院收治的80例CC患者作为研究对象,设为研究组。另选取同期80例健康女性志愿者作为对照组。比较两组IL-16基因rs11556218位点、TLR4基因rs11536889位点基因多态性及血清IL-16、TLR4水平,分析各位点基因多态性与CC易感性的关系,并分析血清IL-16、TLR4水平预测CC的价值。结果研究组血清IL-16、TLR4水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组IL-16 rs11556218位点GG基因型占比(13.75%)、等位基因G占比(39.38%)均高于对照组(2.50%、24.38%),TLR4 rs11536889位点CC基因型占比(15.00%)、等位基因C占比(27.50%)均高于对照组(2.50%、13.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-16 rs11556218位点TT基因型(OR=3.150)、TLR4 rs11536889位点CC基因型(OR=3.677)均与CC易感性存在显著相关性(P<0.05);血清IL-16、TLR4水平预测CC的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.757、0.808,二者联合预测的AUC最大,为0.934。结论IL-16、TLR4基因多态性在CC易感性显著相关,检测血清IL-16、TLR4水平有助于预测CC发生风险。Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin⁃16(IL⁃16)and Toll⁃like receptor 4(TLR4)gene polymorphism and susceptibility to cervical cancer(CC).Methods A total of 80 patients with CC admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Shuangliu District,Chengdu from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research group.Another 80 healthy female volunteers were selected as the control group from same time.The gene polymorphism of IL⁃16 gene rs11556218 locus and TLR4 gene rs11536889 locus,as well as the serum levels of IL⁃16 and TLR4 were compared between the two groups.The relationship between the gene polymorphism of each locus and the susceptibility to CC was analyzed,and the value of serum IL⁃16 and TLR4 levels in predicting CC was analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL⁃16 and TLR4 in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of GG genotype(13.75%)and allele G(39.38%)of IL⁃16 rs11556218 locus in the research group were higher than those in the control group(2.50%,24.38%),and the proportion of CC genotype(15.00%)and allele C(27.50%)of TLR4 rs11536889 locus were higher than those in the control group(2.50%,13.75%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The TT genotype of IL⁃16 rs11556218 locus(OR=3.150)and the CC genotype of TLR4 rs11536889 locus(OR=3.677)were significantly associated with CC susceptibility(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of serum IL⁃16 and TLR4 levels for predicting CC was 0.757 and 0.808,respectively,and the maximum AUC predicted by the combination which was 0.934.Conclusions The polymorphism of IL⁃16 and TLR4 genes are significantly associated with CC susceptibility,and detecting the levels of serum IL⁃16 and TLR4 can help predict the risk of CC development.
