摘　　要：目的探讨一种自制戴手套手术体位臀垫在腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年11月于医院行腹腔镜直肠手术患者82例,采用随机抽样法,将患者平均分为对照组(41例)和观察组(41例)。对照组采用传统手术体位垫,观察组采用自制戴手套手术体位臀垫。对比两组手术相关指标(手术时长和术后住院时间)、术后臀部压红、疼痛情况、术后并发症、术后舒适度以及手术医师的满意度。结果观察组的手术时长和术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后臀部压红、疼痛情况均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后舒适度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组医师满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制戴手套手术体位臀垫有利于腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者的恢复,可提高患者术后舒适度及医师的满意度。Objective To explore the application of self-made glove surgical position hip pad in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases).The control group received a traditional surgical position pad,and the observation group received a self-made gloved buttock pad for surgical position.The two groups of patients were compared in terms of surgery-related indicators(operation length and postoperative hospital stay),postoperative hip pressure,pain,postoperative complications,postoperative comfort and satisfaction with surgeons.Results The operation time(84.59±10.24)min and postoperative hospitalization time(8.26±3.51)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(75.43±3.86)min and(6.76±3.94)d,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative hip pressure redness 12.20%and pain 7.32%in the observation group were less than 65.85%and 53.66%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 7.32%lower than that in the control group(51.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative comfort of the observation group was 92.68%higher than that of the control group 46.34%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of surgeons in the observation group was 95.12%higher than that in the control group(58.54%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of a self-made glove-wearing surgical position hip pad in laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery is beneficial to the recovery of postoperative patients,improves the postoperative comfort of patients and the satisfaction of surgeons.It can be reused and economically affordable.It has certain clinical application value and i
