摘　　要：目的分析经输尿管镜碎石取石术患者术后心理痛苦现状及其影响因素。方法选取2021年7月至2022年12月医院收治的100例经输尿管镜碎石取石术患者,采用心理痛苦温度计(DT)评估患者过去1周的心理痛苦水平,并比较不同特征经输尿管镜碎石取石术患者的DT评分,分析患者术后心理痛苦水平的影响因素。结果100例经输尿管镜碎石取石术患者的DT评分为(5.37±0.54)分,处于中度心理痛苦水平。不同受教育程度、术后并发尿路感染、术后疼痛程度、家庭关怀度的经输尿管镜碎石取石术患者术后DT评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经线性回归分析显示,受教育程度高中及以下、术后并发尿路感染、术后中重度疼痛程度、家庭关怀度低下是经输尿管镜碎石取石术患者术后心理痛苦较高的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论经输尿管镜碎石取石术患者术后心理痛苦处于中度水平,受教育程度低下、术后并发尿路感染、术后中重度疼痛程度、家庭关怀度低下是此类患者术后心理痛苦水平较高的危险因素。Objective To explore the status quo of psychological distress and its related influencing factors in patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 100 patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsis admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected.The psychological pain thermometer(DT)was used to evaluate the psychological pain level of patients in the past week,and relevant data were collected to compare the DT scores of patients with different characteristics.The factors influencing the level of psychological pain after operation were analyzed.Results The DT score of 100 patients was(5.37±0.54),which was at the level of moderate psychological distress.The DT scores of patients with different education level,postoperative urinary tract infection,postoperative pain degree and family care degree were compared(P<0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that high school and below,postoperative urinary tract infection,moderate to severe postoperative pain,and low degree of family care were the risk factors for higher psychological distress in patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological pain of patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy is at a moderate level.Low level of education,urinary tract infection,moderate and severe postoperative pain and low degree of family care are the risk factors for the higher level of psychological pain.
