基于医院等级评审标准的药事质量管理体系建设研究

摘　　要：目的 探究三甲医院等级评审标准的药事质量管理体系建设及其效果。方法 将三甲医院等级评审标准视为研究对象,以医院的工作实际为出发点,根据时间轴制定详实的质量管理改进计划,从人员、设备、材料、方法、环节、检测六方面将药事管理工作落地执行,分析对比质量管理体系建立前后医院药事质量管理水平。结果 通过药事质量管理体系建设使科室管理更加科学化、规范化、精细化、信息化,顺利通过医院等级评审。基于等级评审标准的药事质量管理体系建立后,医院药事质量管理评分总分为(55.36±3.53)分,明显高于建立前的(34.51±2.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 医院等级评审对于质量管理改进具有推动作用,通过药事质量管理体系的建设,可以提高医院药事质量管理水平,有助于持续提高药学服务质量。Objective To explore the construction and effect of the pharmaceutical quality management system of a grade evaluation standard in a grade A tertiary hospital.Methods Taking the evaluation standards for the grade A tertiary hospital as the research object,starting from the actual work of the hospital,a detailed quality management improvement plan was formulated based on the timeline.The implementation of pharmaceutical management work was carried out from six aspects:personnel,equipment,materials,methods,processes,and testing.The quality management level of hospitals before and after the establishment of the quality management system was analyzed and compared.Results Through the construction of pharmaceutical quality management system,the department management was more scientific,standardized,refined and informationalized,and successfully passed the hospital grade evaluation.After the establishment of the pharmaceutical quality management system based on grade evaluation standards,the total score of hospital pharmaceutical quality management was(55.36±3.53)points,which was significantly higher than(34.51±2.91)points before the establishment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital grade evaluation plays a role in promoting the improvement of quality management.The construction of pharmaceutical quality management system can improve the level of hospital pharmaceutical quality management and help continuously improve the quality of pharmaceutical care.
