摘　　要：目的 调查某儿童医院住院患儿保肝药的使用情况,为合理用药提供依据。方法 查询医院信息系统(HIS),抽取2020年1~12月该儿童医院住院患儿保肝药的使用情况,对用药频度(DDDs)、药物利用指数(DUI)、使用金额、日均费用(DDC)及药品排序比(B/A)等进行统计和分析。结果 该儿童医院常用保肝药共有四种,分别为甘草酸二铵注射液、还原型谷胱甘肽粉针(阿拓莫兰)、还原型谷胱甘肽冻干粉针(双益健)和腺苷蛋氨酸粉针;消化内科、呼吸内科和血液科保肝药使用例数位于全院前三位;手足口病区、皮肤科、消化内科保肝药使用率位于全院前三位;使用金额和DDDs最高的药品为甘草酸二铵注射液;DDC最高的药物为腺苷蛋氨酸粉针;DUI> 1的药物为还原型谷胱甘肽冻干粉针(双益健);四种保肝药的B/A均为1。结论 该儿童医院保肝药物使用基本合理,但仍需加强管理,规范使用行为。Objective To investigate the use of hepatoprotective drugs in children in a children's hospital,and to provide evidence for rational drug use.Methods The hospital information system(HIS) was inquired,and the use of liver-protective drugs was selected from the inpatients in the children's hospital from January to December 2020.The defined daily dose system(DDDs),drug utilization index(DUI),amount of use,defined daily cost(DDC) and drug ranking ratio(B/A) were statistically analyzed.Results There were 4 kinds of hepatoprotective drugs commonly used in the children's hospital,diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection,reduced glutathione powder injection(Atomolam),reduced glutathione freezedried powder injection(Shuangyijian) and adenosine methionine powder injection,respectively.The number of patients using hepatoprotective drugs in department of gastroenterology,respiratory medicine and hematology was in the top three in the hospital.The usage rates of HFMD,dermatology,and gastroenterology were the top three.The highest of expenditure and DDDs was diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection.Adenosine methionine powder was the highest drug in DDC.DUI>1 was reduced glutathione freeze-dried powder injection(shuangyijian).The B/A of the four hepatoprotective drugs was 1.Conclusion The use of hepatoprotective drugs in this children's hospital is reasonable,but it still needs to strengthen the management and standardize the use behavior.
