摘　　要：目的 评价某院门急诊新冠病毒感染者使用奈玛特韦片/利托那韦片组合包装(Paxlovid)的用药合理性,分析潜在药物相互作用,制定用药指导,保障用药安全。方法 对某院2022年12月~2023年1月门急诊670张Paxlovid处方进行点评分析,从药物适应证、用法用量、用药疗程、联合用药等方面评价用药合理性。结果 670张Paxlovid处方中,存在354张用药不合理,用药不合理率52.84%;并且从处方分析中发现中老年患者居多,占总人数50.75%,其中以合并心血管疾病患者最多。结论 Paxlovid门急诊用药存在不合理情况,应加强监管和干预。同时,分析整理Paxlovid药物相互作用,为门急诊患者提供用药指导,保障患者用药安全。Objective To evaluate the rationality of nirmatrelvir tablets/ritonavir tablets(Paxlovid) in patients with COVID-19 in outpatient and emergency departments of a hospital,analyze potential drug-drug interactions,formulate medication guidance,and ensure medication safety.Methods 670 Paxlovid prescriptions in outpatient and emergency departments of a hospital from December 2022 to January 2023 were reviewed and analyzed,and the rationality of Paxlovid use was evaluated from the aspects of drug-drug indication,usage and dosage,drug duration and combination of drugs.Results Among 670 Paxlovid prescriptions,354 were unreasonable,the irrational rate was 52.84%.And the prescription analysis found that middle-aged and elderly patients were the majority,accounting for 50.75% of the total number,among which patients with cardiovascular diseases were the most.Conclusion The use of Paxlovid in outpatient and emergency departments is unreasonable,and supervision and intervention should be strengthened.At the same time,Paxlovid drug-drug interaction was analyzed and sorted out to provide medication guidance for outpatient and emergency patients and ensure medication safety for patients.
