地尔硫缓释胶囊联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗肺心病合并窦性心动过速的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探析地尔硫?缓释胶囊联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗肺心病合并窦性心动过速的应用效果。方法 抽取2020年1月~2022年3月期间接受治疗的100例肺心病合并窦性心动过速患者,经随机信封法分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50)。其中对照组采用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合地尔硫?缓释胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效,血氧分压(PaO_(2))、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、心率(HR)改善情况及药物不良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗有效率及治疗后PaO_(2)均高于对照组,治疗后PaCO_(2)、HR和药物不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 针对肺心病合并窦性心动过速患者,采用地尔硫?缓释胶囊联合丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠治疗具有较好的应用效果,在提升患者临床疗效、改善心律失常、减轻药物不良反应等方面具有积极意义。Objective To explore the application effect of diltifiin sustained-release capsules combined with tanshinone ⅡA sodium sulfonate in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with sinus tachycardia.Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with sinus tachycardia who received treatment from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n = 50) and study group(n = 50) by random envelope method.The control group was treated with sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate,and the research group was treated with diltiazepine sustained-release capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the improvement of blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO_(2)),heart rate(HR) after treatment and the incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate and PaO_(2) in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of PaCO_(2),HR and ADR in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with sinus tachycardia,diltiazepine sustaine-release capsule combined with tanshinone ⅡA sodium sulfonate has a good application effect,which has positive significance in improving clinical efficacy,improving arrhythmia and alleviating adverse drug reactions.
