中药超声喷雾结合升阳养血汤治疗干眼病对患者泪液分泌量及泪膜破裂时间的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药超声喷雾结合升阳养血汤治疗干眼病对患者泪液分泌量及泪膜破裂时间的影响。方法 选取2021年6月~2022年6月干眼病患者108例,分为对照组和研究组,每组各54例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组的条件上接受中药超声喷雾结合升阳养血汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果、泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、自觉症状评分、生活质量。结果 研究组治疗有效率大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组泪液分泌量大于对照组(P <0.05),研究组泪膜破裂时间长于对照组(P <0.05);研究组疲倦感、眼干涩、烧灼感、异物感、畏光自觉症状评分均低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组视觉相关生存质量量表(NEI-VFQ-25)评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 中药超声喷雾结合升阳养血汤治疗干眼病效果较好,可以增加患者泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间,缓解干眼症状,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of ultrasonic spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Shengyang Yangxue Decoction in the treatment of patients with dry eye disease on tear secretion and tear film rupture time.Methods A total of 108 patients with dry eye treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into the control group and the research group,54 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the research group received ultrasonic spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Shengyang Yangxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.Treatment effect,tear secretion,tear film rupture time,perceived symptom score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The tear secretion of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the tear film rupture time of the study group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of fatigue,eye dryness,burning sensation,foreign body sensation and photophobia in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The NEI-VFQ-25 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasonic spray of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Shengyang Yangxue Decoction is effective in the treatment of dry eye disease,which can increase the amount of tear secretion and tear film rupture time,alleviate the dry eye symptoms and improve the quality of life.
