摘　　要：运用回溯性个人叙事研究方法,深入探讨社会资本对大学生创业失败修复的作用,研究发现:社会资本能够有效促进大学生创业失败修复,具有信任生成、信息提供和成长赋能三种作用;社会资本对大学生创业失败修复的作用存在个体异质性,不仅不同大学生创业失败修复中社会资本的作用相异,而且社会资本的认知、关系和结构三个维度对大学生创业失败修复的作用有别,这种异质性由社会资本三个维度功能不同和大学生社会资本数量质量相异共同决定;社会资本对大学生创业失败修复的作用路径有“社会资本—大学生创业失败修复”“社会资本—创业失败归因—创业失败学习—大学生创业失败修复”和“社会资本—创业失败学习—大学生创业失败修复”三条。对此,建议大学生正确认识和培育社会资本、高校加强创业失败修复教育、政府建立大学生创业失败修复帮扶体系。The study used retrospective personal narrative research methods to explore the role of social capital in the recovery of college students’entrepreneurial failures.The study finds that social capital can effectively promote the recovery of college students’entrepreneurial failures and has three functions:trust generation,information provision,and growth empowerment.There is individual heterogeneity in the role of social capital in the recovery of college students’entrepreneurial failures.Not only are the roles of social capital in the recovery of college students’entrepreneurial failures different,but the three dimensions of social capital,namely cognition,relationship,and structure,have different effects on the recovery of college students’entrepreneurial failures.This heterogeneity is determined by different functions of the three dimensions of social capital and the differences in the quantity and quality of university students’social capital.The role of social capital in the recovery of college students’entrepreneurial failures includes three pathways:social capital-repairing failures in entrepreneurship of university students,social capital-attribution of entrepreneurship failure-learning from entrepreneurship failure-repair of entrepreneurship failure by university students,and social capital-learning from entrepreneurship failures-repairing from entrepreneurship failures of university students.In this regard,it is recommended that university students correctly understand and cultivate social capital,universities strengthen education on the recovery of entrepreneurial failures,and the government establishes a support system for the recovery of entrepreneurial failures for university students.
