摘 要:针对定长立体织物在成型过程中由于体积含量高、Z向纤维间距小而造成难以定位、开口、纱线磨损大的问题,提出一种浮动式开口技术,通过将定位片与开口片浮动连接,由定位片查找开口片,实现逐列开口。通过建立Z向纤维浮动式开口模型,提出等效截面开口力方程,分析开口高度和大小对开口力的影响。经研究,在给定开口下,查表选取开口高度,获得最小开口力,使纱线损伤最小。浮动式开口技术有效解决了定长成型立体织物高体积含量、小间距难开口的问题,为定长立体机织实现低损伤、稳定制备提供一种理论指导。Regarding the difficulty of yarn locating,shedding and heavy yarn wear caused by high volume content and small Z-direction fiber spacing in the forming process of fixed length 3-dimensional fabrics,a floating shedding technology is proposed in this paper.By floating connection and search of the shedding plate via locating plate,yarns are shed row by row.By establishing the floating shed model of Z-direction fibers,an equivalent section shedding force equation is proposed to analyze the effect of shed height and size on the shedding force.According to the research,at a given shed size,the minimum shedding force can be found in table to minimize the yarn wear.The floating shedding technology can effectively solve the shedding difficulty due to high volume content and small fiber spacing in the weaving of fixed length 3-dimensional fabrics,and provides a theoretical guidance for the low damage and stable operation of the fixed length weaving process.
