摘　　要：新时代劳模精神融入高校教育,赋予高校新的人才培养目标,对提升高校人才整体素养和核心竞争力、发挥高校人才智力、推动区域高质量发展具有重要作用。当前,我国劳模精神融入高校教育依然存在劳模实践教育不够深入、劳模精神核心观念的传播力弱、缺少传播制度上的设计等问题,应该采取构建劳模精神进入高校系统的教育框架,不断加大宣传、开发具有地方特色的劳模资源力度,以及将劳模精神全方位融入高校教育实践内容等措施,推动高校“立德树人”教育目标的实现。Integrating the spirit of model worker into university education and endowing universities with new objectives of talents training play an important role in promoting overall attainment and core competence of uni-versities,exerting university talent intelligence and boosting regional high-quality development.At present,problems still exist in integrating the spirit of model worker into university education.For example,practical model worker education activities are not implemented deeply,core concept of spirit of model worker is not spread widely,the design of spreading system is not sufficient.We should construct the educational frame of in-tegrating the spirit of model worker into university system,enhancing the publicity and exploration of model worker resources with local characteristics and integrating the spirit of model worker into university educational practice comprehensively to promote the realization of the goal of fostering virtue through education in universities.
