摘 要:研究了隧道式烘干炉的工作原理和特点,以及烘干余热回收改进工艺流程,提出使用换热器对高温排湿风的热回收再利用方案,解决了排湿热风直接外排造成的能源浪费,降低成本。结果显示采用换热回收余热排湿风,取得明显的节能和经济效益,为烘干炉节能和提高烘干效率的设计提供一些改进意见,同时减少了有机物、颗粒物等污染直接外排,改善大气质量。The working principles and characteristics of a tunnel oven as well as the improved process flow of recovering the waste heat from the oven were studied.An approach of using heat exchangers for heat recovery and reuse of high-temperature moist exhaust air was proposed to solve the energy waste caused by direct discharge of moist and hot exhaust air and save the cost.The results show that using heat exchange to recover moist exhaust air has significant energy-saving and economic advantages,which provides some suggestions for improving the design of the tunnel oven while reducing the direct discharge of organic matter and particulates to improve the quality of atmosphere.
