摘　　要：为解决目前船舶登记申请主体认定方面存在的问题,通过分析阐述有权申请主体和有效申请主体,帮助船舶登记从业人员正确理解和把握申请主体的适格性,为船舶登记业务风险防范提供理论指导。To address the existing problems in the identification of the subject of application for ship registration,this paper analyzes the subject with the right for the application and the valid subject of application,with a view to facilitating the correct understanding of the ship registration officers on the eligibility of the application subject and providing theoretical guidance for the prevention of risks in ship registration.
