摘  要:为在应急防台避风锚地网格化设计中提高临时防台锚地资源利用率,通过关键影响因素包括应急锚地的承载力、锚泊船间的安全距离及锚泊船类型和锚泊位置分布,对网格单元内抛锚船舶出链长度和经验公式比对分析、锚地空间布局等内容研究,给出银洲湖应急防台避风锚地网格单元的划分规则和抛锚船的锚泊规则的建议。To improve the resource utilization efficiency of temporary emergency sheltering anchorage in the grid design for such anchorage,this paper,taking into consideration the key influencing factors including the bearing capacity of the anchorage,the safe distance between anchored vessels,the anchorage type and distribution of anchorage locations,conducts a comparative study on the length of the chain of empirical formula of the anchored ships in the grid unit and studies the spatial layout of the anchorage.It proposes suggestions on the division rules of the grid unit in the emergency sheltering anchorage and the rules for anchoring of ships seeking shelter in Yinzhou Lake.
