摘 要:为了探究特征地带土壤有机质的空间差异,分别测定天津海浸区与非海浸区农田土壤的盐度、粒径、pH值和阴阳离子含量等理化性质,结合热裂解-气相色谱/质谱联用技术研究土壤有机质组成的空间差异.结果表明:①海浸区与非海浸区土壤中有机碳(soil organic carbon,SOC)和总氮(total nitrogen,TN)含量随土壤深度增加总体呈现减少趋势,不同深度土壤的SOC和TN含量具有显著差异.②海浸区各深度(除表层和[1.0,1.3)m外)土壤的SOC和TN含量均略高于非海浸区相同深度的数值;同一深度下,非海浸区土壤的C/N高于海浸区的数值,[0.6,0.8)m深度处非海浸区土壤的C/N约是海浸区数值的1.7倍.③非海浸区土壤有机质中单环芳烃和多环芳烃含量高,在[1.0,1.3)m深度处两者总占比约为80%;海浸区土壤有机质中含量最高的是脂类化合物,在深度为[1.0,1.3)m和[1.3,1.6)m处占比均约为60%.④海浸区与非海浸区的有机质均以微生物来源为主.In order to explore the spatial difference of soil organic matter in special characteristic zones,the physical and chemical properties of farmland soil in Tianjin sea immersion area and non-sea immersion area were measured,including salini-ty,particle size,pH value as well as cation and anion content.The spatial difference of soil organic matter composition were studied by pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry instrument.The results showed that:①SOC and TN contents of soil in sea immersion area and non-sea immersion area decreased with the increase of soil depth,and SOC and TN contents were significantly different at different depth of soil profile.②SOC and TN contents in all section depths(except surface layer and[1.0,1.3)m)in the sea immersion area were slightly higher than those in the non-sea immersion area.At the same depth,the C/N of soil in the non-sea immersion area was higher than that in the sea immersion area,and the C/N of soil in the non-sea immersion area was about 1.7 times that in the sea immersion area at the depth of[0.6,0.8)m.③The content of single aromat-ic hydrocarbons and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in soil organic matter in the non-sea immersion area was high,and the proportion of both was about 80%at the depth of[1.0,1.3)m;The highest content of organic matter in the sea immersion area was lipid compounds,accounting for about 60%at the profile depth of[1.0,1.3)m and[1.3,1.6)m.④The source of organic matter both in the sea and non-sea immersion areas was mainly microbial.
