摘 要:气体动力学分离法利用专用设备超高速旋转形成的离心力场来分离同位素,其核心部件是高速旋转的转筒。电机是专用设备的重要驱动部件。现代专用设备一般采用盘式磁滞电动机为转筒提供转矩。为保证专用设备长期、稳定、可靠运行,对专用设备的电机驱动力开展仿真计算,通过对电机电磁场的瞬态仿真计算分析滑差等因素对电磁场及驱动力的影响规律,明确驱动参数对转子升速及运行期间驱动力空间分布的影响规律,为转子系统稳定运行提供参考依据。The gas dynamics method separates isotopes through a centrifugal force field formed by high-speed rotation of specialized equipment,with the core component being a high-speed rotating cylinder.Electric motors are important driving components of specialized equipment,and modern specialized equipment generally uses disk type hysteresis motors to provide torque for the rotor.To ensure the long-term,stable,and reliable operation of specialized equipment,this article conducts simulation calculations on the motor driving force of the specialized equipment.The purpose is to analyze the influence of current,slip,and other factors on the electromagnetic field and driving force through transient simulation calculations of the motor electromagnetic field,clarify the influence of driving parameters on the spatial distribution of driving force during rotor speed increase and operation,and provide reference basis for the stable operation of the rotor system.
