摘  要:桥式起重机箱形主梁主要失效形式包括弯曲失效、疲劳失效、腐蚀失效、焊接失效和开裂失效。对5种失效形式及产生原因、应对方法进行介绍,并在此基础上结合实际案例展开具体分析。案例中的桥式起重机箱形主梁的失效形式属于焊接失效,在修复处理时,应重点考虑因焊接而产生的内部拉应力,在成功处理失效的前提下,降低后续出现同类型失效现象的概率。The main failure modes of bridge crane box girder include bending failure,fatigue failure,corrosion failure,welding failure and cracking failure.Five kinds of failure forms,causes and countermeasures are introduced,and on this basis,combined with practical cases,specific analysis is carried out.In this case,the failure form of the bridge crane box main beam belongs to the welding failure.In the repair treatment,the internal tensile stress caused by welding should be mainly considered,and the probability of subsequent failure phenomenon of the same type should be reduced under the premise of successful treatment of failure.
