摘　　要：测试塑料蠕变和蠕变断裂试验的数据,对于预测塑料在长期载荷下的蠕变模量和强度,以及由于此类载荷而发生尺寸变化的可能性具有重要意义。这些数据可为塑料零件的设计、不同材料的比较、描述塑料在恒定负载下的长期性能、查看零件在特定条件下的状况等,提供理论依据和数据规范,因此开发了一种用于塑料的拉伸、压缩和弯曲蠕变试验的塑料蠕变试验机。该试验机满足ISO 899-1、ISO 899-2和ASTMD D2990等标准的试验方法要求,试验时间可超过10000 h,能提供7个及以上的试样工位,同时配置标准试验方法需要的试验箱、水浴以及附加辅具。该类产品也可以做低周循环试验,满足ISO 52和ASTM D638的要求,同时在全缺口蠕变试验时能满足ISO 16770标准对试验设备的要求。该产品采用数字图像相关技术和高清晰度摄像机,能够测量塑料在试验过程中的各种变形量,绘制实时试验曲线。Testing the data from the plastic creep and creep fracture tests is of great importance for predicting the creep modulus and strength of plastic materials under long-term loads,and for the possibility of dimensional changes due to such loads.These data provide a theoretical basis and a data specification for the design of plastic parts,comparing between different materials,describing the long-term performance of plastics under constant load,and viewing the condition of parts under specific conditions.Therefore,we have developed a plastic creep test machine for plastic stretching,compression and bending creep test,which meets the standard test method requirements of ISO 899-1,ISO 899-2 and ASTMD D2990,the test time can exceed 10000 h,can provide 7 or more sample stations,and configure the test box,water bath and additional accessories required by the standard test methods.This type of product can also do low weekly cycle test,meet the requirements of ISO 52 and ASTM D638,and can also meet the requirements of ISO 16770 standard for test equipment in the full gap creep test.The product adopts digital image correlation technology and high definition camera,which can measure the various deformation of plastic in the test process and draw the real-time experimental curve.
