摘  要:基于Simulation对桁架式桥梁检测车工作装置进行设计。首先,确定桁架式桥梁检测车的设计方案,对工作装置进行设计分析;其次,运用SolidWorks软件对整车进行三维建模、虚拟装配和运动仿真,排除运动干涉,并对桁架式桥梁检测车的倾覆力矩进行计算,确保车辆的稳定性;最后,运用Simulation对关键零件进行有限元分析,验证了翻转架销轴和工作平台的设计可满足作业需求,设计合理。The design is based on Simulation to design the working device of the truss bridge inspection vehicle.The design first determines the design scheme of the truss type bridge inspection vehicle,and analyzes the design of the working device;Secondly,this design uses SolidWorks software to conduct 3D modeling,virtual assembly,and motion simulation of the entire vehicle,eliminate motion interference,and calculate the overturning torque of the truss bridge detection vehicle to ensure the stability of the vehicle.Finally,finite element analysis was conducted on key components using simulation to verify that the design of the flipping arm pivot and working platform meets the operational requirements and is reasonable.
