摘　　要：针对某型航空装备电缆插座根部断线问题,采用外观表面检查、宏观检查和微观检查等方法分析故障原因,并提出改进措施,以期消除设备隐患,保证装备质量。经过实践发现,在应用提出的改进措施后,该设备并未再次发生此类故障,说明改进措施有效。To solve the problem of broken cable socket root of a certain type of aviation equipment,the paper analyzes the fault causes by using the methods of appearance inspection,macroscopic inspection and microscopic inspection,and puts forward improvement measures to eliminate the hidden danger of equipment and ensure the quality of equipment.Through practice,it is found that after the application of the proposed improvement measures,this kind of failure does not occur again,indicating that the improvement measures are effective.
