摘  要:针对目前太阳能光伏组件中边框角码上料主要依靠人工,效率低、人工强度大等问题,设计了能够实现角码自动上料的装置。本研究旨在设计一种可靠、稳定的角码上料装置,并通过仿真分析评估其性能和振动特性。机架优化后,机架的一阶频率相较于优化前提升了101.57%,机架的动态性能得到较大提高,这有助于减少共振的产生,保证角码上料过程中的平稳性。根据机架仿真分析结果,验证了所设计的角码上料装置机架的性能和稳定性。通过模态分析得到了装置的固有频率和振型,为装置的动态响应和振动控制提供了重要参考。Aiming at the problems of manual loading of border corner code in solar photovoltaic modules,such as low efficiency and high manual strength,a device which can realize automatic loading of corner code is designed.The purpose of this study is to design a reliable and stable angle code feeding device,and evaluate its performance and vibration characteristics through simulation analysis.After the frame optimization,the first-order frequency of the frame is increased by 101.57%compared with that before the optimization,and the dynamic performance of the frame is greatly improved,which helps to reduce the generation of resonance and ensure the stationarity in the process of corner code feeding.According to the simulation results of the frame,the performance and stability of the designed corner code feeding device frame are verified.Through modal analysis,the natural frequency and mode of the device are obtained,which provides an important reference for the dynamic response and vibration control of the device.
