摘  要:为了使电厂超临界锅炉能够安全稳定运行,结合实际案例从末级过热器爆管的位置、形貌及负荷变化等方面分析内壁氧化皮的产生和剥落,确定案例中爆管的基本原因是氧化皮大量剥落堵塞管道,造成管壁冷却不良而出现超温。氧化皮在锅炉启炉过程中多次负荷升降的影响下出现剥落、堆积造成管道堵塞,进而引发爆管。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the supercritical boiler in the power plant,the formation and spalling of the inner wall oxide were analyzed from the position,morphology and load changes of the final superheater in combination with the actual case.It was determined that the basic reason for the pipe explosion was that a large amount of oxide spalling blocked the pipe,resulting in poor cooling of the pipe wall and overtemperature.Under the influence of multiple load ups and downs in boiler start-up process,the oxide peel is spalling and piling up,resulting in pipe blockage and tube explosion.
