摘　　要：在冷冲压模具的热处理过程中,热处理的缺陷形式具有多样性和复杂性特点,而不同的热处理缺陷会对冷冲压模具造成不同的影响。模具在热处理时会形成裂纹或者热处理效果不佳,以致模具在后续的使用中出现各种各样的问题。常见的模具热处理缺陷主要是操作方法不当、人为冷却不均以及油温升高导致的。针对冷冲压模具热处理缺陷的原因进行深入分析,提出针对性的预防补救措施,保障模具的加工质量,确保产品的后续生产能够顺利开展。In the heat treatment process of cold stamping die,the defects of heat treatment have the characteristics of diversity and complexity,so different heat treatment defects will have different effects on cold stamping die.mold in the heat treatment will form cracks or poor heat treatment,so that the mold in the subsequent use of a variety of problems.common mold heat treatment defects are mainly caused by improper operation,uneven cooling and oil temperature rise.in this paper,the causes of heat treatment defects of cold stamping die are analyzed,and corresponding preventive and remedial measures are put forward to ensure the quality of the die and the subsequent production of the product.
