球墨铸件多种焊补工艺组织及性能分析

摘　　要：球墨铸铁铸件是一种常用的工程材料,在使用过程中可能会发生损坏或磨损,需要进行焊补修复。采用手工电弧焊、电火花堆焊、热焊(氧-乙炔焊)、贴片电阻焊以及精密焊5种工艺对球墨铸铁进行焊补,通过分析焊缝性质、焊接强度、热影响区以及母材影响等方面的数据,评估各种焊补工艺的组织和性能。Ductile cast iron casting is a commonly used engineering material,which may be damaged or worn during use,and needs to be repaired by welding.Five welding processes,including manual arc welding,electrical discharge machining surfacing,thermal welding(oxy-acetylene welding),patch resistance welding and precision welding,were used to repair nodular cast iron.The microstructure and properties of various welding processes were evaluated by analyzing the data of weld properties,welding strength,heat affected zone and influence of base metal.
