摘  要:作为一种可降解木质素的酶,漆酶是一种环境友好型的生物催化剂,在制浆造纸中具有良好的应用前景。本文综述了漆酶在纸浆生物漂白、废水处理、废纸脱墨、改善纸张性能等方面的研究进展,并对其应用前景和面临的挑战进行了讨论,以期为漆酶在制浆造纸工业中的应用研究提供参考。如何提高漆酶催化效率以及缩短半衰期仍是今后研究的重点;此外,漆酶催化木质素氧化反应的生产成本、应用周期及反应机制等方面也需进一步研究。Laccase is an environmentally friendly biocatalyst and one of the most important enzymes for lignin degradation,which has good prospects for application in pulp and paper making.The research progress of laccase in pulp biological bleaching,wastewater treatment,waste paper deinking,and paper performance improvement are reviewed in this article.The application prospects and challenges faced by laccase are also discussed,in order to provide reference for the application research of laccase in the pulp and paper industry.How to improve the catalytic efficiency and shorten the half-life of laccase is still the focus of future research.In addition,the production cost,application cycle,and reaction mechanism of laccase-catalyzed lignin oxidation reaction also need further research.
