摘　　要：涂布纸是一种重要的加工纸,在日常生活中的用量巨大,其质量很大程度上取决于涂布颜料的种类和组成。本文介绍了常用涂布颜料的种类,归纳了各种涂布颜料的特点和应用。涂布颜料主要分为传统涂布颜料、非传统涂布颜料和新型功能涂布颜料。传统涂布颜料主要有高岭土、碳酸钙、缎白、硫酸钡、二氧化钛、二氧化硅、氧化锌、氧化铝、滑石粉、氢氧化铝等;非传统涂布颜料有工程颜料、纳米颜料、塑料颜料等新型颜料;新型功能涂布颜料有高阻隔涂布颜料、导电涂布颜料、电磁屏蔽涂布颜料等。今后,涂布颜料更趋于向颗粒细小和粒径分布范围小的方向发展,会多种颜料复配使用和采用更多纳米颜料制备涂料。Coated paper is an important type of processed paper that is widely used in daily life,and its quality largely depends on the type and composition of coated pigments.In this article,the types of commonly used coating pigments are introduced,and the characteristics and applications of various coating pigments are summarized.Coating pigments are mainly divided into traditional coating pigments,non-traditional coating pigments,and new functional coating pigments.Traditional coating pigments mainly include kaolin,calcium carbonate,satin white,barium sulfate,titanium dioxide,silica,zinc oxide,aluminum oxide,talc powder,aluminum hydroxide,etc.Non-traditional coating pigments include new types of pigments such as engineering pigments,nano pigments,and plastic pigments.New functional coating pigments include high barrier coating pigments,conductive coating pigments,electromagnetic shielding coating pigments,etc.In the future,coating pigments with small particle size and small particle size distribution range should be developed.Multiple pigments should be used in combination,and more nano pigments should be used to prepare coatings.
