摘　　要：近年来,社会主义核心价值观融入民事裁判文书释法说理取得了一定成果,但融入方式与释法说理的恰当结合,仍需持续深入的研究。基于《关于深入推进社会主义核心价值观融入裁判文书释法说理的指导意见》的具体要求,通过对多份裁判文书的实证分析,发现妥善处理法律与道德的关系、恰当运用法律解释的方法、综合权衡价值导向的选择、正确对待社会公众的评价是裁判过程中需要考量的重要因素。此外,还应关注释法说理内容的结构安排,有序整合思维内容与表达形式。In recent years,the integration of socialist core values into the interpretation and reasoning of civil judgment documents has achieved certain results,but the appropriate combination of integration methods and interpretation and reasoning still requires continuous and in-depth research.Based on the specific requirements of"Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Socialist Core Values into Judicial Interpretation and Reasoning",through empirical analysis of multiple judicial documents,it is important to properly handle the relationship between law and morality,apply legal interpretation methods appropriately,comprehensively weigh the selection of value orientation,and correctly treat the evaluation of the public in the judicial process.In addition,attention should also be paid to the structural arrangement of the interpretation and reasoning content,and the orderly integration of thinking content and expression forms.
