摘　　要：以某钢厂的生产数据为实践依据,解释低硅20MnCr5(S)汽车齿轮钢的冶炼难点包括硅含量控制和洁净度控制。系统的阐述了60tEAF-LF-VD-CC流程冶炼低硅20MnCr5(S)的工艺控制思路和关键注意事项。电炉方面包括优化配料结构、缓解终点钢液氧化性、改善炉后预脱氧效果,为后续精炼创造良好初始条件。LF炉精炼方面包括确定渣系配比、弱铝脱氧、扩散脱氧等操作方法,提高钢液脱氧和去除夹杂物效果。VD真空处理之后执行软吹工艺达到夹杂物充分上浮去除效果。连铸方面给出了各项关键工艺参数和操作的控制要求。精炼期精准控制化学成分。通过上述工艺技术解决了的连铸水口结瘤问题,同时达到棒材的氧含量(8~12)×10^(-6),夹杂物B细≤1.0级、B粗≤0.5级的控制水平。形成了一套完备的短流程冶炼低硅20MnCr5(S)汽车齿轮钢生产工艺。On the basis of actual production data in the first steelmaking plant of FuSteel,the smelting difficulties of low silicon 20MnCr5(S)automobile gear steel were interpreted,including silicon content and cleanliness control.The control idea and key considerations of low silicon 20MnCr5(S)produced by 60t EAF⁃LF⁃VD⁃CC Flowsheet were elaborated systematically.Optimizing charging method,alleviating end point oxidation of liquid steel and improving deoxidation effect after EAF were carried out during EAF melting,which can create good initial condi⁃tions for subsequent refining.The ratio of slag system,low aluminium deoxidation and diffusion deoxidation operation were determined during LF process,which can improve the effect of deoxidation and removal inclusions.The soft blowing process was carried out after VD vacuum treatment.It was to remove inclusions fully by floating up.The control demands of the key process parameters and operation were showed in continuous casting.The chemical composition were controlled precisely during refining stage.Through implementing the above process technology,the problem of nozzle clogging was solved during production process of continuous casting.The oxygen content can reach to(8~12)×10^(-6),B thin series rating of inclusions is no more than 1.0 and B Coarse series rating of inclusions is less than or equal to 0.5 in bar.A complete set of low silicon 20MnCr5(S)automobile gear steel production process by short process steelmaking has been formed.
