摘  要:环形加热炉,简称环形炉,是一种坯料能够在环形的旋转炉底上边移动边加热的连续式加热炉,由于其结构紧凑,保温性能好,且采用天然气作为燃烧介质,具有绿色、节能、环保的特点,目前被广泛应用于铁路轮轴产品的锻造前的加热工序中。本文主要针对目前国内外先进的高速烧嘴在环形炉中的应用,介绍了脉冲燃烧、烧嘴燃烧方式及热负荷的时序控制等内容,从数字化脉冲控制系统、基础自动化控制系统及仪器仪表控制系统等方面详细阐述了高速烧嘴的控制原理及实现形式,在应用于现有的环形炉加热中后,取得了良好的效果。另外,通过总结以往的应用经验,从实际应用的角度证明了高速烧嘴、脉冲控制在环形炉中可行性、可靠性、精确性,为公司后期改扩建环形炉燃烧控制及节能降耗等方面提供了技术保障。Ring heating furnace,referred to as ring furnace,is a kind of billet can be moved on the bottom of the ring rotating furnace while heating continuous heating furnace,because of its compact structure,good thermal insulation performance,and the use of natural gas as the combustion medium,with green,energy⁃saving,environmental protection characteristics,is currently widely used in railway axle products be⁃fore forging heating process.This paper mainly aims at the application of advanced high⁃speed burners in annular furnaces at home and abroad,introduces the timing control of pulse combustion,burner combustion mode and heat load,and elaborates the control principle and implemen⁃tation form of high⁃speed burners from the aspects of digital pulse control system,basic automatic control system and instrumentation control system,and achieves good results after being applied to the heating of existing annular furnaces.In addition,by summarizing the previous ap⁃plication experience,the feasibility,reliability and accuracy of high⁃speed burner and pulse control in the ring furnace are proved from the perspective of practical application,which provides technical support for the company's later reconstruction and expansion of the ring furnace combustion control and energy saving and consumption reduction.
