摘 要:在800 t/d机械炉排式垃圾焚烧炉焚烧高热值生活垃圾的基础上,运用计算流体力学(CFD)的方法对炉膛结构进行优化研究,探究了炉膛前后拱及后墙板结构设置对炉内温度及速度流场的影响规律,对焚烧炉进行了结构优化分析,以维持焚烧炉燃烧运行稳定。研究结果表明:炉膛前拱结构对焚烧炉内流场分布影响较小,前拱角度设置在38°~60°时,炉内燃烧情况相对稳定;炉膛后拱结构对焚烧炉燃烧运行情况影响较大,为了防止炉内燃烧波动性较大,且避免炉膛内壁发生腐蚀及烧灼结焦等现象,后拱角度宜设置在25°~30°;炉膛后墙板具有较强的导流和辐射作用,当后墙板角度范围设置在60°~72°时,焚烧炉炉内燃烧情况较为稳定。On the basis of burning high calorific value MSW in 800 t/d mechanical grate type MSW(Municiple Solid Waste)incinerator,using the method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)optimization was studied for the chamber of a stove or furnace structure,exploring the influ⁃ence of the front and rear arch and rear wall panel structure on the temperature and velocity flow field in furnace,the structure optimization of incinerator is analyzed,the structure optimization of incinerator is analyzed,in order to maintaining the stable combustion operation of the in⁃cinerator.The results show that:The front arch structure has little influence on the flow field distribution in the incinerator,when the front arch angle is set near 38°~60°,the combustion in the incinerator is relatively stable;The rear arch structure of the furnace has a great influence on the combustion operation of the incinerator,in order to prevent the volatility of combustion in the furnace and avoid corrosion and burning of the inner wall of the furnace,the angle of the rear arch should be set near the range of 25°~30°.The setting of the rear wall panel structure of the furnace has a strong diversion and radiation effect,when the angle of the rear wall panel is set near the range of 60°~72°,the combus⁃tion in the incinerator is relatively stable.
