摘 要:文章采用问卷调查法对合肥市128名长期参与太极拳锻炼的老年人(太极拳锻炼组)和105名没有接触过太极拳锻炼的老年人(普通组)进行身体自我知觉、整体自尊和主观锻炼体验3种心理问卷调查比较,并分析太极拳锻炼对老年人心理效益的影响。研究显示:老年人有规律地参与太极拳锻炼可以提高其心理健康水平,依据短期和长期效应,老年人适合长期坚持太极拳锻炼。每周太极拳锻炼3~4次、每次太极拳锻炼时间持续30~60分钟和“与朋友一起”参与太极拳锻炼形式对老年人健心效果较好。太极拳锻炼对老年人心理效益具有积极影响,依据老年群体的身体健康状况,从太极拳运动规律、运动负荷、锻炼频率及持续时间等方面制定方案,并长期坚持。This paper employs questionnaires to survey a total of 128 elderly people who have participated in Tai chi exercise for a long time(Tai Chi exercise group) and 105 elderly people who have not been in contact with tai chi exercise(general group) in Hefei city on their body self-perception, overall self-esteem and subjective exercise experience and analyzes the impact of Taijiquan exercise on the psychological benefit of the elderly. The results show that regular participation in Taijiquan exercise can improve the mental health level of the elderly. According to the short-term and long-term effects, the elderly are suitable for long-term Taijiquan exercise with a weekly frequency of 3~4 times and the exercise duration of 30~60min. Practice with friends on Taijiquan exercise has a good effect on the elderly. Taijiquan exercise has a positive effect on the psychological benefit of the elderly. The exercise plan should be fixed in a persistent manner, according to the exercise load, frequency and duration as well as the physical status of the elderly.
