摘 要:通过对香茶藨子的果实内含物质与叶片组成成分(多糖、总糖、总黄酮、多酚、维生素C、花青素、水分、粗纤维、蛋白质和17种氨基酸含量等)的测定分析,并通过与糖茶藨、青藏茶藨、门源茶藨,以及长刺茶藨4种青海野生茶藨子的研究比较证明,香茶藨子果实的总糖、维生素C和维生素E的含量均超过了其他4种茶藨子,而花青素的含量也仅低于糖茶藨。与枸杞、白刺和沙棘比较发现,香茶藨子果实的总糖含量远优于白刺和沙棘,维生素C、维生素E的含量也远优于白刺和枸杞。香茶藨子果实中总黄酮、蛋白质与游离氨基酸的含量低于叶片。香茶藨子叶片的蛋白质与游离氨基酸含量高于枸杞和白刺叶片。结果表明:香茶藨子果实内含物具有高Vc、高VE、高总糖以及氨基酸种类丰富的特点,叶片也具有高蛋白质、高总黄酮和游离氨基酸丰富的特点,香茶藨子可做为发展高原新浆果与茶叶的补充产物;研究结果可为对未来香茶藨子资源的开发研究和利用提供理论依据。The main composition of Ribes odoratum were detected in this study,including polysaccharide,total sugar,flavonoids,polyphenols,vitamin C,vitamin E,vitamin B1,vitamin B2,anthocyanin and 17 kinds of amino acids.According to the comparison with the other four Ribes species,the content of total sugar,vitamin C and vitamin E in the fruit of R.odoratum were higher than others,but the content of anthocyanin was lower than that of Ribes himalense.The total sugar content of R.odoratum was higher than that of Nitraria tangutorum and Hippophae rhamnoides.And the vitamin C and vitamin E content of R.odoratum was higher than that of Nitraria tangutorum and Lycium chinense.The contents of total flavonoids,protein and free amino acids in the fruit of R.odoratum were lower than those in the leaves.The contents of protein and free amino acids in the leaves of R.odoratum were higher than those in the leaves of L.chinense and N.tangutorum.The results showed that the content of R.odoratum fruits were high in VC,VE,total sugar and abundant amino acid species.The leaves are also characterized by high protein,high total flavonoids and abundant free amino acids.R.odoratum could be used as a supplementary species for berry and tae industries in Qinghai plateau.This study also could provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of R.odoratum fruit resources in the future.
