人参根提取物治疗脱发的研究

摘　　要：目的:为了研究人参根提取物在治疗脱发方面的作用,以期为脱发治疗提供新方案。方法:2019年6月到2019年12月招募脱发志愿者100人,随机抽选分为对照组和实验组,每组各50人。对照组采用常规方案治疗脱发,实验组则在对照组治疗方案基础上添加人参根提取物进行相应治疗。结果:经过6个月治疗,对照组每日平均脱发根数为139.52±5.27,最终毛发生长长度为5.07±0.55 mm,最终脱发等级评定为3.90±0.84级,满意度为21(42.00%)。实验组每日平均脱发根数、最终毛发生长长度、最终脱发等级评定、临床满意度分别为100.94±11.72、6.52±0.28 mm、1.92±0.80级、40(80.00%)。结论:人参根提取物参与治疗后,可以有效抑制脱发数量,使毛发生长长度优于常规治疗者,提高患者接受治疗过程中的满意度。人参根提取物可在临床上广泛应用于脱发治疗。Objective:To study the effect of ginseng root extract in the treatment of hair loss and provide a new treatment for hair loss.Methods:From June 2019 to December 2019,100 hair loss volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 people in each group.The control group was treated with routine regimen,while the experimental group was treated with ginseng root extract on the basis of the treatment regimen.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the average amount of daily hair loss in the control group was 139.52±5.27,the final hair growth length was 5.07±0.55 mm,the final alopecia grade was 3.90±0.84,and the clinical satisfaction was 21(42.00%).For the experimental group,the average number of hair loss per day,the length of hair growth,the grade of hair loss and the degree of clinical satisfaction were 100.94±11.72,6.52±0.28 mm,1.92±0.80 and 40(80.00%),respectively.Conclusion:Ginseng root extract could effectively inhibit the quantity of hair loss,make the length of hair growth better than that of untreated hair,and improve the patients satisfaction in the course of treatment.Ginseng root extract could be widely used in clinical treatment of alopecia.
