摘 要:幕墙玻璃面板作为外围护构件在暴雨、台风等极端环境下极易发生破坏。以隐框式、点支式幕墙玻璃为例,采用数值模拟方式建立幕墙玻璃损伤模型。基于第一强度理论下玻璃的破坏准则,研究不同工况下幕墙玻璃在受温度及风荷载联合作用时的破坏机理,对无瑕疵状态的隐框式与点支式幕墙玻璃进行安全评估。研究结果表明:同环境无瑕疵状态下的隐框式幕墙玻璃与点支式幕墙玻璃的最大主应力受温度与风级影响的变化趋势一致,但隐框式玻璃幕墙变化更稳定且安全度更高。Curtain wall glass panels,as external protective components,are extremely prone to damage in extreme environments such as heavy rain,typhoon,and tropical storm surge.The curtain wall glass damage model was established by numerical simulation,taking hidden frame and point-supported curtain wall glass as examples.Based on the failure criterion of glass under the first strength theory,the failure mechanism of curtain wall glass under the coupling effect of temperature and wind load under different working conditions is studied,and the safety evaluation of hidden frame and point-supported curtain wall glass in the flawless state is carried out.The research results show that under the same environment,the change of maximum principal stress value of the hidden frame curtain wall glass in the flawless state is comsistent with that of the point-supported curtain wall glass,but the hidden frame curtain wall is more stable and safer.
