摘 要:通过开展渗吸实验、岩心驱替实验和相对渗透率测定实验,研究了沥青质沉积后的储层伤害机理及油水渗流特征,明确沥青质沉积对油井产能的影响。结果表明,沥青质沉积引发的伤害方式分为孔喉堵塞和表面沉积两种,非均匀沥青质沉积伤害以孔喉堵塞为主,占比64.8%,而均匀沥青质沉积的伤害则以表面沉积为主,占比达74.2%。相比非均匀沥青质沉积,均匀沥青质沉积对绝对渗透率的伤害程度小,但对油水两相相对渗透率的影响程度较大,两相区向左收缩变窄,残余油饱和度和油相相对渗透率降低,而水相相对渗透率增大。数值模拟结果显示沥青质沉积造成的伤害会导致超过一半以上油井产能损失,还会带来见水时间提前、注水压力提高等问题。Through imbibition experiments,core displacement experiments and relative permeability measurement experiments,the reservoir damage mechanism and oil-water seepage characteristics caused by asphaltene deposition are studied,and the influence of asphaltene deposition on oil well productivity is clarified.The results indicate that the reservoir damage caused by asphaltene deposition can be divided into two types:pore throat blockage and surface deposition.The damage caused by non-uniform deposition of asphaltene is mainly pore throat blockage,accounting for 64.8%of the total damage,while the damage caused by uniform deposition of asphaltene is mainly surface deposition,accounting for 74.2%.Compared with non-uniform asphaltene deposition,uniform asphaltene deposition has less damage to the absolute permeability of the reservoir,but has a greater impact on the oil-water two-phase relative permeability,which makes the two-phase area shrink to the left,the residual oil saturation and oil phase relative permeability decrease,and the water phase relative permeability increase.The numerical simulation results show that reservoir damage caused by asphaltene deposition can lead to more than half of the production capacity loss of oil wells,as well as problems such as early water breakthrough time and increased injection pressure.
