摘  要:近年来对驱油用表面活性剂的研究发现,同样能够达到超低油水界面张力的表面活性剂的驱油效果不同,因此需要进一步考察表面活性剂的各项性能与采收率间的关系。以胜利油田孤东稠油为研究对象,通过将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐(AEC)分别与烷醇酰胺(6501)、油酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱(OAB)、油酸酰胺丙基羟磺基甜菜碱(OHSB)复配,构建了3套超低界面张力体系:0.3%6501/AEC(1∶1)、0.3%OAB/AEC(1∶1)、0.3%OHSB/AEC(1∶1)。乳化能力、润湿性、洗油能力等评价实验以及填砂管物模驱油实验结果表明,油水界面张力低且在固体表面吸附后润湿性保持亲水或弱亲水的表面活性剂体系的洗油能力最佳、驱油效率最高;表面活性剂的洗油能力和驱油效率直接相关,而乳化能力和洗油能力、驱油效率没有必然联系。Through the research on surfactants used for oil displacement in recent years,it is found that the surfactants that can also achieve ultra-low oil-water interfacial tension have different oil displacement effects.Therefore,it is necessary to further investigate the relationship between the various properties of surfactants and recovery efficiency.Three ultra-low interfacial tension systems,including 0.3%6501/AEC(1∶1),0.3%OAB/AEC(1∶1),0.3%OHSB/AEC(1∶1),were obtained by compounding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate(AEC)with alkanolamide(6501),oleate amide propyl betaine(OAB)and oleic acid amide propyl hydroxysulfobetaine(OHSB),respectively.Taking Gudong heavy oil from Shengli Oilfield as the research object,the evaluation experiments of emulsification ability,wettability,and oil washing ability of three systems,as well as the oil displacement experiment results of sand packing tube,show that the surfactant system with low oil-water interfacial tension and maintaining hydrophilicity or weak hydrophilicity after adsorption on the solid surface has the best oil-washing ability and the highest oil displacement efficiency;The oil-washing ability of surfactants are directly related to oil displacement efficiency,while their emulsification ability is not necessarily related to the oil washing ability and oil displacement efficiency.
