摘  要:对数据进行井下实时处理能够更好地发挥随钻声波测井在地质导向钻井中的作用。设计井下算法测试系统有助于井下处理算法的高效开发。本文初步构建了一种井下算法测试系统,设计了前端机中SRAM与上位机之间的数据交换接口。硬件方面,前端机以FPGA为控制核心,它与上位机通过USB微控制器连接。软件方面,USB微控制器固件、FPGA和上位机控制软件共同实现了数据交换协议。测试表明,该数据交换接口能够实现测井数据的格式转换和双向传输功能,上传和下传速度分别可以达到34.78 MB/s和43.04 MB/s。本设计有助于完善声波测井井下算法测试系统,为井下处理算法开发和系统升级提供参考。Real-time data processing in downhole tool can make the acoustic logging while drilling more effective in geological steering.Constructing a test system contributes to the development of downhole processing algorithms.In this paper,a data-exchange interface between a SRAM in the front-end machine and the host computer was designed for the downhole algorithm testing system.In terms of hardware,a FPGA was taken as the control center of the front-end machine,and it was connected to the host computer through a USB microcontroller.In terms of software,a firmware in the USB microcontroller and the control softwares for the FPGA and the host computer were developed to realize the data-exchange protocol.The test results show that the data-exchange interface can realize the format conversion and bidirectional transmission of logging data.The upload and download speed can reach 34.78 MB/s and 43.04 MB/s respectively.This study can improve the downhole algorithm testing system and would be of great help in developing downhole algorithms and upgrading the tools in acoustic logging while drilling.
