摘 要:针对海上双油管气举生产过程中井筒完整性失效风险,建立了新的风险评价模型,将风险归结于设计难度、井筒失效、影响程度3个方面。利用Bow-Tie模型、肯特风险评价模型,结合双油管气举井筒屏障单元,构建了完整的风险评价指标体系,并分析得到风险因素35个。对风险因素建立量化评价标准,基于井筒完整性失效大数据,等比例确定各评价指标的权重,通过风险矩阵法评估风险发生的可能性和后果,实现对井筒完整性风险等级的划分。将以上方法应用于涠洲12-1油田双油管气举井,明确该井的风险等级,并结合主要风险因素分析,给出风险处理措施。研究结果表明:该方法可为海上双油管气举井筒完整性现场管理提供参考,以降低事故风险。A new assessment model is established for the risk of wellbore integrity failure during the offshore double-tube gas-lifting production process.The risk is attributed to three aspects:design difficulty,wellbore failure and impact degree.Using Bow-Tie model,Kent risk assessment model and double tube gas lifting wellbore barrier unit,a complete risk evaluation index system is constructed,and 35 risk factors are determined through analysis.Quantitative evaluation criteria for the risk factors are established,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined based on the big data of wellbore integrity failure according to the principle of equal proportion.The possibility and consequences of the risk are evaluated by the risk matrix method,and the risk level of wellbore integrity is divided.The above method is applied to the double-tube gas-lifting well in Weizhou 12-1 oilfield,the risk level is clearly defined,and the risk treatment measures are proposed combined with the analysis of the main risk factors.The research result shows that this method can provides reference for the field management of wellbore integrity in offshore double-tube gas-lifting wells to reduce accident risk.
