摘　　要：目的分析全程优质护理管理模式应用于消毒供应中心手术器械管理中的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月消毒供应中心20名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1—6月作为参照组,实施常规管理方法;2022年7—12月作为观察组,实施全程优质护理管理模式管理方法。比较两组护士的管理评分、手术器械管理质量、护理质量评分。结果观察组护士的管理评分、护理质量评分、手术器械管理质量均比参照组较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术器械相关感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心手术器械管理中实施全程优质护理管理模式的效果显著,不但能提升护士的护理质量与管理质量,还能提升手术器械管理质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of the full-process high-quality nursing management model in the management of surgical instruments in the sterilization supply center.Methods 20 staff members from the disinfection supply center from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and use January to June 2022 as the reference group to implement routine management methods;from July to December 2022,served as an observation group and implemented a full process high-quality nursing management model management method.Compared the management scores,surgical instrument management quality,and nursing quality scores of two groups of nurses.Results The management score,nursing quality score,and surgical instrument management quality of the observation group nurses were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the infection rate related to surgical instruments between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of implementing a full-process high-quality nursing management model in the management of surgical instruments in the sterilization supply center is significant.It can not only improve the nursing quality and management quality of nurses,but also improve the quality of surgical instrument management,which is worthy of promotion.
