摘　　要：临床医学人才不仅是助推健康中国战略高效落实的重要生产力,而且是办好人民满意医药卫生事业的基石和前提。在新医科医教协同的新形势下,进一步推动新的人才培养模式的构建是必然趋势。基于此,在对临床医学人才及人才培养模式进行概述的同时,着重总结并分析了新形势下临床医学现行人才培养模式存在的问题,并结合时代要求提出加速人才培养模式改革的对策,以期为医学院校培养高素质的临床医学人才提供依据,为推动医学院校人才培养模式的构建提供支持,为助推健康中国健康贡献重要力量。Clinical medical talents are not only an important productive force that promotes the efficient implementation of the Healthy China strategy,but also are the cornerstone and prerequisite for running medical and health services that satisfy the people.Under the new situation of collaboration between new medical science and education,it is an inevitable trend to further promote the construction of new talent training models.Based on this,while giving an overview of clinical medical talents and talent training models,we also focus on summarizing and analyzing the problems existing in the current talent training model of clinical medicine under the new situation,and put forward countermeasures to accelerate the reform of the talent training model based on the requirements of the times.It is expected to provide a basis for medical schools to cultivate high-quality clinical medical talents,provide support for promoting the construction of talent training models for medical schools,and contribute an important force to promote the health of a healthy China.
