摘　　要：目的探讨精益管理对医院物资招标采购管理的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2022年2月惠州市中心人民医院负责物资招标采购的管理人员40名为研究对象,2020年1月—2021年1月应用常规管理的为对照组,2021年2月—2022年2月应用精益管理的为研究组。对比两组管理人员对物资招标采购的管理能力评分、医护人员的满意度。结果与对照组相比,研究组管理人员对物资招标采购的管理能力评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医护人员的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理应用在医院物资招标采购管理的效果更加显著,可以有效提高管理人员的整体管理能力,提高医护人员的整体满意度。Objective To explore the impact of lean management on hospital material bidding and procurement management.Methods Forty managers in charge of material bidding and procurement in Huizhou Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,with conventional management as the control group from January 2020 to January 2021,and lean management as the study group from February 2021 to February 2022.Compared the managers'ratings of ability to manage the procurement of material bids and the satisfaction of medical staff between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the managers'ratings of ability to manage the procurement of material bids in the research group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in hospital material bidding and procurement management is more effective.It can effectively improve the overall management capabilities of managers and improve the overall satisfaction of medical staff.
