摘　　要：目的分析病案信息技术在医院中的应用及对医院工作效率及病案管理水平的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月德州市陵城区人民医院医务科的10名病案管理人员作为研究对象,2022年1—6月作为对照组(5名,常规病案管理模式),2022年7月—2023年1月作为观察组(5名,病案信息技术管理模式),对比两组工作效率、病案管理水平及管理质量。结果观察组病案信息管理工作效率比对照组高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组归档返修、书写错误、影像模糊的总发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病案管理人员的管理质量评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院采用病案信息技术后,医院工作效率及病案管理水平大幅提升。Objective To analyze the application of medical record information technology in hospitals and its impact on hospital work efficiency and medical record management levels.Methods Ten medical record managers from the Medical Department of Lingcheng District People's Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,the control group from January to June 2022(5 people,conventional case management mode),and the observation group from July 2022 to January 2023(5 people,medical record information technology management mode)were selected.The work efficiency,medical record management level and management quality of the two groups were compared.Results The efficiency of medical record information management in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total incidence of archival revision,writing errors and image blur in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality scores of medical record managers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the hospital adopts medical record information technology,the hospital's work efficiency and medical record management level have been greatly improved.
