集中消毒供应室护理管理中综合管理模式的运用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合管理模式的实施价值,评估该措施对集中消毒供应室护理管理的作用。方法2021年1月—2023年1月,选取湖南省脑科医院集中消毒供应室工作人员21名,2021年1月—2022年1月实施传统管理措施,2022年1月—2023年1月实施综合管理模式,上述分别设置为对照组、研究组。分析于集中消毒供应室问题差错、工作情况、意识评分以及对管理工作的满意度。结果研究组问题差错各指标评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作情况各指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各项意识评分指标分析显示:对照组低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对管理措施的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合管理模式对提升工作质量具有积极意义,可以降低集中消毒供应室问题差错,提升工作人员安全、服务以及防范意识。Objective To explore the implementation value of the comprehensive management model and evaluate the effect of this measure on the nursing management of centralized disinfection supply rooms.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,21 staff members of the centralized disinfection supply room in Hunan Provincial Brain Hospital were selected.Traditional management measures will be implemented from January 2021 to January 2022,and the comprehensive management model will be implemented from January 2022 to January 2023.The above are set as the control group and the research group respectively.Analyzed problems and errors,work conditions,awareness scores and satisfaction with management work in the centralized disinfection supply room.Results The scores of each index of problem errors in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each indicator of work performance in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Analysis of various consciousness score indicators showed that the control group was lower than the research group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The research group was more satisfied with management measures than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive management model has positive significance for improving work quality.It can reduce problems and errors in centralized disinfection supply rooms and improve staff safety,service and prevention awareness.
