卫生监督档案信息化管理的路径探究

摘　　要：卫生监督档案是监督执法工作开展的重要凭据、全过程记录,在卫生监督工作中发挥着重要的参考、指导作用。信息化时代的到来,为卫生监督档案管理注入了新的活力,但也对档案管理的信息化建设提出更高标准。文章简要论述卫生监督档案信息化管理的必要性,分析卫生监督档案信息化管理面临的现实困境,重点从明确管理目标、完善管理制度、搭建管理平台、打造管理队伍四大方面,阐述卫生监督档案信息化管理的有效路径,旨在为卫生监督档案信息化管理效能的提升提供思路。Health supervision files are important evidence and records of the entire process of supervision and law enforcement work,and play an important reference and guidance role in health supervision work.The arrival of the information age has injected new vitality into the management of health supervision files,but it has also set higher standards for the informatization construction of file management.The article briefly discusses the necessity of information management of health supervision files,analyzes the practical dilemmas faced by the information management of health supervision files.Focusing on four major aspects:clarifying management objectives,improving management systems,building management platforms,and building management teams,the effective path for information management of health supervision files is elaborated.It aims to provide ideas for improving the efficiency of information management of health supervision files.
